Lebogang Maseko (Komape) is a registered Occupational Therapist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy as well as a Master of Public Health in health systems and policy, both obtained at the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She has experience in working with clients of all ages who present with different physical and neurological conditions including spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury as a result of work related injuries, assault, motor vehicle accident, professional negligence or illness. Work experience includes working in both the public and private sectors in South Africa as well as international experience within the National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom.

She is currently not only practicing as a clinician, but also working as a lecturer in the occupational therapy department in the school of therapeutic sciences, faculty of health sciences at the University of the Witwatersrand.

As an Occupational therapist the area of speciality lies in the assessment of the day-to-day occupational functioning of an individual which includes personal management, survival skills, work/productivity and leisure.
